Failed at going to the gym. Instead I ended up studying and treating myself to a mani-pedi. Work was a bit stressful because one of my kids hit me all day. I just wanted to relax. Tomorrow is another day. 

I avoided soda consistently and didn’t over eat.

I have gotten my period. And im back at 181lbs. Up from 168. I think it is time for me to give this my all again. I got really discouraged because I got stuck at 168. Then I tried to get it together and lost nothing. So maybe now, I can try and lost something.
Im really happy with my fitness level though. I can jog a mile in 11 mins. And run for a quarter mile, takes 3 minutes. Tomorrow I am going to look for motivation and commence dedication.
I work at a school now and I go to school myself. So it’ll be hard to make good decisions. But I can eliminate boredom eating :)

I dont know what to name these anymore

961 calories in. 300 burned.

Going out tonight. Wont drink unless there is beer. And only 2 tops. I ate soup 2x today to make up for what may or may not happen.
