I have gotten my period. And im back at 181lbs. Up from 168. I think it is time for me to give this my all again. I got really discouraged because I got stuck at 168. Then I tried to get it together and lost nothing. So maybe now, I can try and lost something.
Im really happy with my fitness level though. I can jog a mile in 11 mins. And run for a quarter mile, takes 3 minutes. Tomorrow I am going to look for motivation and commence dedication.
I work at a school now and I go to school myself. So it’ll be hard to make good decisions. But I can eliminate boredom eating :)
